1. Payment
Large custom orders do not begin printing without a minimum of 75% deposit. Final balance is due prior to shipment of the order. All specific requests, paper stock, colors, etc. will be reflected on the invoice and cannot be changed once the order is submitted for print. Quantities can be altered at any point of the order but please note the price of the order will change. Payments can be made via check or PayPal.

2. Proofing
After payment/deposit is received, the following is included up until the order has been sent to print:
a) Three sets of design alterations, additional edits MAY incur an additional fee. We will always be sure to alert you if an additional fee will be charged for further design edits before carrying them out. 

b) Unlimited revisions to the copy.
b) Unlimited digital proofs are available with all packages and up to two print proofs will be mailed to the client. Additional print proofs will incur an additional cost, unless it is an error on Davis Paperie’s part.

3. Final Approval
With the approval of final proofs via email or print, the client agrees that the spelling, layout and content of the order is correct and that you have read and agreed to our terms of service. It is the sole responsibility of the client to assure that the content and layout is correct and to their satisfaction.

4. Quality Guarantee
Please note that colors may vary slightly between monitors and different print sessions. Each order is assessed to assure that each piece has the same exceptional quality throughout.

If a product is found defective, Davis Paperie will reprint at no charge to the client. Defects include and are not limited to torn edges of cards, creased/folded/scrunched envelopes etc. 

Reprints for client errors:
Refunds are not offered for client errors. If the client desires we will make the changes and reprint the original order at 70% of the cost. In such an event, the client will be responsible for rush charges including expedited shipping. Client errors include, but are not limited to: incorrect spelling or other wording errors.

5. Other Important Information
Unless initially agreed upon with the client, Davis Paperie is not responsible for addressing the envelopes on invitation suites. If this is something you desire please include this information in your order/inquiry so we can adjust the price as necessary. All addresses must be submitted to Davis Paperie in an Microsoft Excel file format or via a Google sheet. The files should be formatted into three columns; 1-Names, 2-Street Addresses, and 3-City, State and Zip. All files can be sent to info@davispaperie.com.

Upon submitting the addresses, the client has agreed that all names and addresses are correct. If the client deems any envelope reprints necessary due to prior misinformation, the client will inquire a charge.
